I'm posting this blog today but I actually read Skylana's blog yesterday and took my picture without touching my hair or whatever and also without cleaning up my messy house. Haha. And thank God I didn't read that blog today because I would not want anyone to see what I look like right now. Yikes.
Oh! And I tag, Amy, Taryn, and Michelle. You take a picture of yourself RIGHT now without fixing your hair or your face and post it. Lame, huh? Haha.

So I read about the swine flu. I shouldn't have. After I read it I pretty much felt sick immediately. I am still an insane hypochondriac and it sucks. I hate this about me. Instead of being thankful for the health of me and my family I just wait for the next sickness to hit us. Why?!? I'm over this. I don't want to live in fear. I'm tired if living in fear. This is more serious than it sounds. Please pray for me. This is the type if thing that I know I can overcome. I know it will take time and patience. And I know I'll have rough times but I definitely go overboard and it is still wearing me out physically and mentally. Tomorrow is a new day... Thank God.

I LOVE to buy things. Anything. Food. Clothes. Toys. Really random things. I love to go to Target, walk down every aisle and fill up my shopping cart. But I cringe when I swipe my card through that machine and watch our money waste away... on stuff. So Lane and I decided that we are going to go thirty days without buying "stuff". We are allowed to buy food, gas and of course pay bills but other than that, nothing. We're discussing whether or not we should allow one "eating out" meal per week, but I don't know. It's just hard to be out and about on the weekends and not eat out. So maybe we'll allow that once on the weekends. But we should really try not too. I just want to see what happens with our finances when I'm not allowed to buy stuff. Because I think I may have a little bit of a problem when it comes to shopping. I'm obsessed. This will work out perfectly because in thirty days from today we're taking a trip to San Francisco and I'll want to do some shopping there. Perfect. If any of you have ideas or advice on how to save on groceries or just save money, give them to me! I'm open to anything. This is a huge deal for us. I'll let you know how well we're doing with this. Did I mention that Lane shops online allll the time? He's obsessed as well. But I know we can do it!
